Well two things actually.
Does each driver have a pre determined skills maximum so for instance one if my drivers might max out in feedback at eight and the other Able to train to eighteen let's say?

Is it possible to train drivers quicker? Is that a facility upgrade which I've not reached yet?

All driver attributes can be trainned up to A maximum of 20, with the exception of Talent which is untrainable. Also they appear to lose 0.1 per race, so if you max out your speed at 20, after around 10 races it will go back down to 19, so you can re train it back up to 20.

Also there is no method of trainning a driver quicker, appart from the fact you need to buy the Gym to train your drivers in Physical.

1st question, no.
Every attribute can grow, except talent. Talent always remains the same, so you should buy the higher talented driver you can find (20 is the maximum).

2nd, yes and no. They all train at same pace, 1 train after each race. Of course if you race in a everyday league, your drivers can train everyday, but so can of the other managers...
In level 3 or 4, you can build the Gym, which allows you to train the Physical aspect of your drivers.

I recommend you read the guide 4 or 5 times, it is needed to learn some important things. Also enter in other league races and ask around... you'll learn a lot.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. I've already signed two drivers for now but will look at telent next time.
I've read much of the guide but still taking it all in so forgetting bits too.
Already got that tool from a thread somewhere - thanks, great creation although it doesn't seem to allow e to enter my own data for much of it - password protected?

So can I join a few leagues? I thought only one league per team?

You can only join one league at same time, but you can enter in other league races to see the race.
Just go to Spectate, in iGP Menu above, choose the league, and watch it.
Helps to see the strategies used, tyres, times, nº of pit stops, etc.
And ask around about fuel usage and so on...

It only allows data input from the manager where it´s really necessary, all other cells that have crucial formulas are protected so no one can mess it up!
You dont need to input any information in the cells that are protected, only in the non-protected ones.
I can provide a free-protected file to anyone that wants to make his own changes... no problem with this.
I just want to help the iGP community.

ok fine thanks - but what about in the tyre wear boxes where there are vlookup formulae (?) yet nothing in the boxes. Is that cos the tyres are a new thing?

Yes.
Besides there are some tracks where you will never use some type of tyres, like hards on Monaco. So i´ve never tried them and dont have a clue what is the tyre wear rate...

So, I've just logged on to see my race which took place earlier this evening. Is it not possible to watch the race through despite not being able to make any live decisions, but simply to watch the race unfold - rather than just clicking on race result?

No, you cant re-watch the race, just the final results. It's a pitty but that's the way it is...
