Supplier experience & reputation, sponsor image

I've scoured the forum, but haven't found anything that addresses this.  Can someone explain how supplier experience & reputation, and sponsor image affect my team?  I assume supplier reputation might effect sponsors interest in the team, or drivers/staff interest, or increased marketing revenue.  Sponsor image might do the same (and affect supplier interest in the team).  I have no idea what supplier experience might do.

This game is terrific--exactly what I've been looking for.  

Honestly, i dont pay much attention to this part of the game, and i'm sure the majority of experienced managers also dont.
At some point, you have so much money, you just dont care about any financial part of the game (this one needs some serious tweaking, i would change almost everything - i know the staff is aware of this, but they have more important game issues to take care first...).

Since you have a high relationship with the partners, dont worry about anything else on that matter.
I even sold the Commerce instalation...
