can't load any races

What did you try to do?
wanted to see what 3d was like on PC version, so when clicking spectate it gave me option of continuing watching in 2d or downloading the pc app to watch in 3d, so went through the process of installing the app but when it loads and i click spectate it comes up with error something with my pc saying stopping the program from running please close program, anyway i dont care about the app just curious to see as i planned to use 2d mode for races on pc browser as usual anyway,

What happened instead?
now here's the real problem... when i try to spectate a race on the internet browser it doesnt give option of 2d is just takes you straight to the app (which doesn't work) so i cant load a race on the browser now either, i thought if i uninstall the app and clear the cache it would just return the broswer to normal and selected 2d in the manager settings, but NO, still tries to take you to the app, how can i play this game on the internet browser now? as the games dead to me like this..

I have the same problem, but on Win 10, but Idh any error

this picture shows what happens after you click spectate now, before the first time you had a choice of running it in 3d or continuing with running it in 2d, after you click on 3d you never get the option of 2d again just takes you to app if you click open.
even though i've uninstalled the app program and clear the google chrome cache.

 

Can you try on a different browser?

Having the same issue. Tried it with Brave (Chromium based browser) and Microsoft Edge. Can't enter the race.

I had this issue. I went into my settings and set 'Race Viewer' to '2D', the problem did not resolve itself right away but after about 5-10 minutes it finally gave me the 2D option. I didn't know that setting was even there until now - can we not force an incomplete update on people like that please?

I've done this. Tried closing and reopening the browser. Tried clearing the cache. Tried logging out and logging in again. Nothing I do allows me to open the game on my Desktop.

try look on folder where u installed it, probably antivirus deleted the exe file

I'm pretty sure they don't want to use the app, they want to use the browser, considering the rest of the thread
