So, we had a league race at 7PM GMT last night, but as of right now, it still says the below when I try to manage the league. Any ideas?
"You may not change any league settings whilst a league race is ongoing."

Update:
It seems the elite race is still marked as 'ongoing'. There is only one driver in elite. It says the below on the elite results screen:
"Results will be posted after the race."
Will it timeout eventually?

The Elite race has run now (there was only one car in it, so I ran the simulation now at 100x speed, it makes no difference).

So, the race was genuinely still ongoing?? Is that a bug then? Surely it can't have been that slow!
