8th Gear

I have been playing for a while now, across two leagues, but have noticed there seems to be no 8th gear. I don't think this ahs anything to do with the Era, as both were 2018. Please can we add this, and also the option to tune gearing as well in set ups, with either acceleration or top speed focus. This would add another layer to the game, and reward more active players than some inactive players perhaps getting lucky with the base strategy

Igp has been there...done that... in fact, it used to be a browser only playing  platform back in the early days when setting up your car took some thinking... 2017....I think. 

It was then, a rather complex game but simple enough for those of us with some auto mechanics knowledge. However, to attract the masses.... simpler is just better.... and so here we are...a game for all walks of live to enjoy. An interest in Motorsports being the only prerequisite in some cases to get you on your way.  Funny enough, I know a lot of managers playing the game right now without ever having watched a car race of any kind.  3D has placed igp a top of the list for top manager-simulation games.

In short.... I like it the way it is.... the advantage still lies on active players regardless of car-setup-difficulty-level for the most part.  

Adding an 8th gear brings nothing extra to the game. It would be a waste of dev time
