Can't join live race

Some of my guys were unable to join the live race, it's been 2 days.

And I can't make it to the races right away on my laptop, even though I can join my phone. Loads took a long time, and never made it into live race.

Same. Game would crash when I pushed go to race. And would not even try to load on Browser. I think we may have to go to league then schedule then click live.

Once the countdown gets to 8 minutes you can go to the league page and click the Live button. I've always joined the race this way and have never waited for the Go to Race to come up.

Can't join live race on the phone, they completely wrecked the game.

Same here. As soon as I want to join the race, the app immediately crashes and shuts down.

Like James said the alternative way to join the race which always works is through the live button on your leagues race calendar, this worked for me whereas the others kept crashing my app.

If you are playing in the app: Please restart the app and try again. If it doesn't work then follow these instructions:

  1. Click on your profile photo in the game

  2. Click Settings (the cog icon)

  3. Click 'Clear cache' and the checkmark to confirm.



If you are playing on web then try a hard refresh (CTRL+F5 on igpmanager.com/app) or clear browser cache.

Nie działa, od trzech dni codziennie staram się logować i jedynie co mi się pojawia to loading screen do wyścigu. Huawei p30 pro.
