3d aerial camera position

When racing in 3d i use the aerial camera mostly, but noticed the aerial camera moves around when im racing which can be annoying /distracting sometimes.A suggestion Could the aerial camera have an option of a fixed position. For example the camera looking down on the car from behind and seeing the track ahead, also staying fixed so the camera moves with the car so we dont have to move the camera when racing?
