Go to race button not working

What did you try to do?
I have a igp manager race at Russia right now and it's not letting me attend the race.

What happened instead?
Every time I press the button it keeps on freezing and does nothing

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Motorola e6 plus

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?
I think so

Additional comments:
I have restarted the app and cleared the cache and it still does it .

I have the same problem (30)

That stinks.It worked for me earlier wasn’t able to get in any other way, but i wasn’t able to test it out again. Hopefully they get it fixed soon

We have a race in Germany and the race now button does nothing and the button on the live page shuts the app down.

iOS app on iPhone and iPad.

It should have been fixed well before 7pm, to be sure you might need to do a cache clear in the apps.

If you are playing in the app: Please restart the app and try again. If it doesn't work then follow these instructions:
Click on your profile photo in the game
Click Settings (the cog icon)
Click 'Clear cache' and the checkmark to confirm.

If you are playing on web then try a hard refresh (CTRL+F5 on igpmanager.com/app) or clear browser cache.

my workaround was something like this:

right klick the race button on the Home menu and hit inspect, find the race id and replace the id here:

cause I couldn't load the damn race on my phone or on the pc app even after i hard refreshed and cleared the cache
the live button didn't work in both cases either

Cache clear is working, but it was not working for some people earlier. It should be working for everyone now.

When I first posted the cache clear instructions it worked for many people but not some. Subsequently another update was posted which fixed it for everyone.
