Hey guys
i have a 100% car for this season so all my designers are on next seasons car but every race only produces 1% on everything for next season???

Yes, that's the way it works.
The purpose is that a team can't dominate every season, by always developing to 100%.
The more the car is developed the current season, the less it will develop for next season.
So i advice you to develop until 70-80% current season and then concentrate all in next season.
That way you can always have a competitive car.

Just keep it at 50% on this and next season and you'll get a balanced car Giles.
