I tried to get the images to load in the post but in the preview they all look like a broken thumbnails. Possibly because I'm hosting them on dropbox. Nah, tried it on Photobucket too. anyway.  Click the links to see them.

Anyone know how to display Images in the forum posts? Maybe suggest a service I could use if Dropbox and Photobucket don't work.

I don't think Dropbox supports hotlinking.

I think this is a good idea, but I don't like the way you did the chart layout. Give me some time and I'll see about cooking something up.

I had numerous choices for the charts, I ended up making a choice that I felt I could understand best and compare between the suppliers.  I'd like to see your ideas too. I've struggled deciding how to choose which supplier and these helped me much more than jumping around the screens trying to recall the values for each.  I guess the game should be able to help us with this with the updates - see news.

i use donelots and i have the same overheat problem, maybe it depends on the design...

The tyres suppliers aren't the problem for overheating. It's just the tempeture of the track, tyres(SS will overheat faster than M) and the push levels.

What impact does the engines weight have, because you didn't consider in the engines compare?

Tim, I didn't put the weight in there no.  They were all the same (90KG) apart from 'Tifosi' which is 1Kg lighter and 'Cosurworthit' at 86Kg, 4Kg lighter.

I use Merk, Seashells and Dunelots.  I spend most of the race running 'Back off" and 'Take it Easy' otherwise the tires overheat and drop off performance to the tune of secs per lap.

I tried running cosy, Subtotal & Kromhome for a couple of races.  The Fuel saving wasn't enough to noitce a bonus weight saving.  the tires I could push on for longer and get the temps really up there before they dropped off but I was just too slow over an average or my driver isn't skilled enough to use them.  I went back to Donelots and a higher performance fuel.

Once my driver get's more trained and everything is at the limit I might go back to change suppliers but when your driver is pants at most things it all about their attributes, I think.
