Can quick races be adjusted back to 2x or will it stay the same?

I was considering putting them up to 1.5x now that we have patch 4.003 live, but I don't think they will return to 2x. It just doesn't look good in 3D. We can still adjust QR to be 'quick' and fun 1.5x, so that's my preferred compromise.

They are also hardcoded to be 12 laps temporarily along with 1x speed, so when you get a long lap they are indeed not so quick. We'll also return them to a scaled lap count so that all races end up roughly the same length.

Understood, but personally I would want it to be at 2x as it a “quick race” after all. Having it at 1x is just too slow for me. Also, this is just a suggestion but can’t we have a choice for what speed we want the quick race to be set at? Like an option bar or something.

Actually quick races are waste of time, only sometimes funny if you can race with your buddies.

Hope they will change it back to the old status quo quickly...

Not my problem, that you didnt figured out, how to use it wisely, to gain maximum experience with minimum efforts in using parts and engines... But thats the difference between a good and an average manager
