Change tyres from inter to soft

What did you try to do?
Most people on the grid where able to change at the start from inter to softs, when the rain stopped and the track dried out

What happened instead?
Stayed on inters and had to pit a lot earlier than expected

Same here in quali he sets me on mediums because it's dry whether. And on the grid he puts me on inters with 0.2mm off water left.  

Could not change to dry tyres on the grid.

I use APP on android Samsung s7 
Mobile data use for me.
