I tried to view the races in 3D but the downloaded file did not open.
What happened instead?
It opens one sec and then it close.

Yes, every time that I want to see a race in 3D or I try to open the downloaded app.
Additional comments:
If I swap to 2D in settings and I see the race in the browser It works fine (with some lag, but okay)
