no design points added rest all okay needed to repair car still and need to set car up

There is no bug.
After the race in Hungary you have assigned 20 DP (Design points) all in Downforce.

Okay but I didn't use them not a problem as that's what I would have done, do all my setup at the same time.

Take a look at review. Is there a gain besides research (bar more to the right than "Your last race", aka red triangle)?

• Tyre economy +4 points

And the 20 DP as I wrote above.
You probably don't remember assigning them. :)
