No teams relegated from Elite to Pro

What did you try to do?
Season just ended, we had 31/32 teams in Elite, three of them should have been relegated from Elite to Pro

What happened instead?
No teams were relegated and now we have 34/32 teams

Did they join with only one race left but didn't do it due to doing another race in the previous 24 hours

No they did not. The teams that should be relegated was not relegated.

Please also check this leagues start design points. Several managers have up to 71-72 points in certain stats.

No, that's not the case. 

Nvi Racing has been with us for 126 consecutive races 
PintoSakura 8 consecutive races

Actually, one of them, North motorsport who was with us for the shortest time, 2 races got relegated.

Sorry for this inconvenience.
I have manually relegate the managers in question to the Pro category.
Now it should all be correct.

It is due to the many the various races re-run requests. This caused those high cars resets.
