This page hasn't been updated for over a year and a half.  Can we get that document fixed up?  And if the developers don't see this, what's the best way for me to reach them?

In my last race only 8 cars completed Qualifying, but points for race you've granted top 10. Below rules from F1.com

"Any driver who completes over 90 percent of the race will be classified as a finisher, regardless of whether they were running as the winner took the chequered flag."
"At the conclusion of each Grand Prix, the top ten finishers will score points(...)"
