if you get 3 token per race spend two on investments and if they is the 1 token investment on the shop also do that. also you will need drivers with better talent

27 million isn’t that bad, sell all your staff and drivers then sit tight for a while. Wait until you get the special offers on coins -> cash beside your daily bonuses and get back on your feet. Use the time to relearn the game...
Then rebuild your team again and come back stronger ?
