Remove all 0 talent drivers...

Since I've been looking at driver trades, it seems I only find 1 Talent drivers mostly. I've also seen 0 Talent drivers shortlisted, but should 0 talent drivers be removed from the game? What do you think? Also, more 0 things are there too! We have 20 talent as a rare collectible, not 0!

Plus, I don't want 0 talent drivers since that sounds like the game being broken a bit. Search "0 talent", and you may see one.

Why? 0 talent drivers are ultra rare collectibles, much like any other game has rare items... Why waste dev time doing something that benefits no-one (researchers will even be hurt) and removes a bit of the games personality?

Since they are mostly passed around in closed circles I've hidden team and driver name just in case during a transfer someone unintended snipes them :)

I’ve talent 20 drivers. Sometimes feels they are talent 0 though. Maybe the 2 in front is a visual bug?
