First thing I know this will not got any upvotes from managers but here goes,
The setup range is 1-100 but it's so so easy to find the perfect setup as it's very predictable.. so every manager is on the perfect setup.
My idea is to totally randomise every race Setup within the values. This will also benefit IGP because people will spend tokens therefore more chance for managers to buy :)

Don't touch the physics, it will break the game.  After the latest updates, cars still fly away somewhere after the finish.
