Name Not Changed Tokens Taken

Hi, can a mod help me, I changed the name of one of my drivers Here.

I changed both names for 10 tokens and it only changed the first name, kept the second name the same, and took the amount for both names (10) tokens. I think it's because it tried to double-barrel the last name. I was unaware this was not possible if this is indeed the case and it did not give me a warning prompt.

Would it be possible to change the surname or refund 5 tokens so I can do it myself?

Would be muchly appreciated if at all possible.
