tonight's race is a mess.
none of the timings are tying up with the visual 2D map,
positions are totally out of sync and pit stops

presume it'll be re-run tomorrow?

the timings chart doesn't sync with the race (the leader keeps passing the start point as his timings show he is on sector 2)
the positions of each driver above the car are not the same as the chart either.
some positions of drivers are out of order on the track too!!

Hi Jose,
Race reset requests need to come from the league host before we will act on them. As you have described the problem, I think this may have been a problem only you experienced, but I would also need confirmation from others that this was the case.

It sounds like you may have had a poor connection to the server yesterday (sometimes this happens). The best thing to do is refresh the viewer and try again. What you described sounds like exactly what we're working on fixing at the moment, as we're aware that this can happen and we understand how it happens. It usually affects individuals, not everyone in a race and the only thing you can do to avoid it is refresh and attempt to establish a new connection to the service.

We are working on a permanent fix for this which will be finished this year if we remain on schedule.

Jack, just for reference... the same issue happened also in British Racing League on Friday to several managers.

Thanks Angelo. It is our top priority to address this particular issue, as it can happen any time that the service is busy. One way to avoid it is to consider moving races away from peak times. Of course this is only a temporary measure until we implement improvements in the service infrastructure.

OK thanks Jack for your reply - much appreciated

Fortunately it probably didn't affect the outcome of the championship too much so life goes on :)

Thanks for looking into it anyway
