Level 5 Talent 20 driver

I am in need of a Talent 20 level 1-5 driver. Just got started on IGP Manger and someone in my league suggested getting a talent 20 level 1-5 driver and though i would have a search. If you find any or are not in need of one, I would really appreciate taking it. Leave a link in the comments.

Maikki currently car is like this:
Acceleration & Braking: Strongest changes
Downforce & Handling: Medium Changes
Fuel & Tyres: Small changes 
Cooling and Reliability: Wasting your points ?

Buy hopefully it will change, when they get to the rebalancing of car design.
