Tickets Ignored Continued

Hi, I’ve raised two tickets this week to get an issue sorted and both have not been answered. I also put a thread up the other day, which was closed as resolved, but nothing has occurred since.

Last week I won both a constructors and drivers championship, but neither have been added to the team or drivers statistics.

Can someone please get back to me on this. I’ve quite a bit invested in iGP, the least I expect is to rewarded for my achievements.
