What did you try to do?
Boot the game.

What happened instead?
It couldn't load.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
7.1.0

Can the bug be reproduced?
No idea. On the first boot, it loads but after creating an account, it couldn't load. Had to try again and reset in the Apps settings in Android.

Additional comments:
It is an old tablet.
