Sorry, just noticed I voted on the wrong option, so let me express my opinion: Giving people an advantage for logging in early would only help those with free time on hand and/or knowledge about the game, so in theory you would be making the skill gap between a great and a average manager even bigger. For me, rejected.

Like it, but could perhaps be seen as gimmicky



how ? It just rewards the connected players which seems normal to me

by starting when the tires are at the right temperature, you don't have to push to heat them at the start of the race 
So you save 




I mean with mini game thing and this magical boost for getting tires in the right zone

by starting when the tires are at the right temperature, you don't have to push to heat them at the start of the race 
So you save 





That's the problem, there are people who don't have as much free time as some people do and therefore cannot connect 10 minutes before the race
