What did you try to do?
I opened the game up.

What happened instead?
It does play the "loading" sound, but it stays on the iGP Manager screen and doesn't load to the menu.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

SM-T580

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
8.1.0

Can the bug be reproduced?
It did many times, but only this time it finally worked. I don't have the issue anymore. Uninstalling apps and clearing storage helped. I cleared the cache too.

Additional comments:
I guess it might be an issue with the page, the iGP server, or internet connection. Apparently, the T580 model worked. I tested out a older model, the T550, but it didn't work.

Hi Jimmy, this should have been resolved by the time you made this report. Is it still an issue? To our knowledge, only device-linked accounts (those without an email or Facebook account associated with them) were impacted.
