Possibly found a cause of 2D Lockup

Like many, I run two accounts in the same league. So I use 2 browsers (Chrome & Firefox), 1 for each account. Me and many others in the league have to restart 2d several times as it locks up after sometimes seconds to sometimes minutes into the race. Eventually it seems to stabilise and we get on with the race.

I seem to have found one of the causes of the 2d lock up:
When I join the race, on both accounts, I do so at the same time. I click to load 2d on one account, and live timing on the other. The live timing, being smaller, always loads first in around 5-10 seconds, while the 2d takes around at least 15-30 seconds usually.

Something is causing the 2d screen to not show all of the people in the room, whereas the live timing does.

When someone in the room says something, who is not in the list of people in the room on the 2d screen, 2d locks up!

Here is a pic of it in action. I have replicated it twice. So i do believe this is the cause.

Another interesting thing is the mute button still works on 2d once it locks up, but nothing else is responsive at all.

Seen it once that someone was not visible in the chat but never linked it to this. Would be nice if this leads to the cause. :)

Was just able to replicate it for a 3rd time tonight.
