People in iGP have left and joined over the years, but why do managers leave and join? Here are my reasons:
Why people leave:
Lack of interest. When managers play iGP for a long time, they might eventually get tired because everything is maxed out.
Lack of winning. Managers might not be on the pace anymore, and eventually become inactive.
They don't want to try it. When a new manager joins iGP, they don't like it and leave at the START.
Why people join:
I think people join because they'd like to try it. It's sad that people sometimes leave iGP.

But, what's your reason of people leaving iGP? Comment down below. The "partially" option is partial correction or not correct.
Also, you can suggest anything that could increase interest in playing iGP Manager? Could you make it a addictive game or/and a time killer?

People leave because they read on the forum, if you want to succeed and be competitive you must build car this way or that way.
It simply ruins the game. The car design needs to have everything equally important, it will make racing closer and more competitive regardless of how the car is built.

Because both of the leagues I was competing in ran during the work hours for my then new job, limiting my potential live participation to 6 or 7 of the 19 races ran each season.  For me at least, this was too few to justify staying.

It would still be simple. It would just tighten up the playing field.
The minus 6 fuel would be more damaging.
The minus 3 tyres would be more damaging.
The minus 1 Handling would be more damaging.
The lack of points on reliability would increase parts for repairs.
The lack of points on cooling would increase engine wear.

In my past few years I have tried for a copple of mounts different motorsport apps (specificly for formula 1). But no one of them was so interesting, full of passion and versatile how iGPManager. There was an offline manager (with 3 versions) which excited me befor iGPManager, but it was offline! So the demands and the competition was very small.

My opinion is that this manager is once of the best in the app-store. Is logical that after some updates it can have some issues or uninspected reasons. That's so like in the real formula 1, some car updates can optimize but also worsen performance. And a good manager can try to be competitive in the race with them reasons.

Last but not least: The community and forum of iGP Manager is enourmus.

Went from 100% 1x speed races 7 days a week to 3 days a week 2x 100% and threw in 2 tire rule, did 2 tire rule with minimum laps for 1 compound as well. Variety is the spice of life. It was either that or simply not bothering anymore.

Most seem to enjoy having a new challenge rather than everyone throwing on softs and 3 or 4 stopping, makes Monaco more interesting at least especially when it's Soft and Hards selected for the race. I've seen a lot of new managers come and do 1 or 2 races and then not bother logging in any more though so i dunno what can be done about that especially if they don't say Hi on league wall or ask questions (which could be a language barrier issue for some), maybe too shy to say anything i dunno, where others have just jumped in and said hi and posted or mailed questions and stuck around for awhile. Daylight savings/work/school times get in the way a lot for some to be online enough to be or get competitive as well so it's a split of some leave not long into it, others stick out a season and do the best they can and then go find a better time slot.

It would be difficult to please everyone no matter what ya do.

Yeah maybe this is system needed to be re-write or rewampe ,on devrait ajouter d'avatange d'option

par exemple differant front wing ( who can give us différant options: better handling better on straight ; better downforce etc.... ) here I took the example of the front wing I am thinking of this kind of system or on several parts of the car we could have different option , this would make the development more complex we could then develop a car according to our style and our strategy rather than just betting everything on acceleration

Playing ugp for a few days could help you develop your idea of using different parts to build cars. Then put it into the suggestions here, once you have it worked out how you'd like it to be. ðŸ¤©
