It would be interesting to have the possibility of training for employees (DC, DT, MD), so we could develop them instead of having to hire a new one whenever one of them retires.
It could even include the possibility of using a pilot who retired as his new DC, DT or MD and training to be the best.
It can even be an option for using Tokens.
That is, for such a change we would have to spend 50 Tokens!
