Thank you for your support. The issue you are experiencing is known, but it seems to be an issue with the Java platform (which we don't build, our race viewer just runs on it). It also seems to be something different in every case which is why it has caused us a lot of headaches and we're having to collect more data on it.

If none of these threads solve your problem, try reinstalling the Java platform on your PC. Let us know which, if any, of these solutions work for you and it will help us piece together the puzzle of what Java is up to exactly. There have been a number of cases of this lately, which spontaneously started cropping up when we have not changed anything. We suspect Java updates may be to blame again, as they have been to blame for similar issues in the past.

That's the first thing we will do when there is a surplus of cash sitting around. Currently I am funding iGP, it hasn't got cash to burn. I also received full ownership recently and brought on new people, all things which will open up new possibilities. It just takes time, but as soon as we can get away from Java we will. :)
