I suggest filters for mail where you can look up any iGP mail for categories, to avoid confusion, so here are my filter suggestions:
Account
Research
Releases
Sent to you
Facilities 
Vintage (more than 30 days old)
About to be deleted (last 5 days)
All filters
Today
Last week
Other
Reply 
Random
