I don't know why I always get bad results. In the simulation before the race my driver feels good almost always. In the last race I change all my component, but nothing happens. I think my strategy's good, two pit and the last stint I decide to use the supersoft, when the principal tyres are the soft. I always start the race in a good position, but after two or three good laps I begin to do bad laps. WHYYY??????? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
P.S.: In my first career race, I arrived eighth. Then...

Hi Tommy

im in the same league but running in the pro tier..... i took a look at your team.... you have had 6 races so dont expect too much, development is slow driver is low, and health is low for my liking and a bit heavy.... the guys running in top possitions are fast, example.... the guy who was promoted last season is currently 2nd in the the pro and running fast.... as you level up you will get drs and kers which help in the race.... it took me like 3 seasons to get a decent result and that was in a weak league.... have to build some more.... there are lots too look for when racing, tire temp, how hard you push and fuel levels and then also the supliers as you go you learn but dont sweat too much yet.... there is a guy in the pro that got his first win in the pro league not even in a rookie race kinda like the bottas of out league lol

happy racing it does get better hint dont develop your car to 100% for next season you suffer the next season and people spy on you lol

Thank you, but in the first race I arrived eighth. Then I trained my driver and the staff. Now my driver is faster than the first races, and the car is faster too. WHY???
And why don't develop my  car to 100% for next season? I put my Design Emphasis all on next season.
Last thing, is my health decisive for my performance??

There seems to be a rash of this lately.
1. Almost always feels good is not always... so your set up is not ideal for your driver everytime...also, how soon before the race are you doing your set up?
2. Supersoft at Euro GP.....and for 9 laps? Not a good choice. Can see why it took you over 2 minutes on your last lap, as you probably blew a tire from extreme wear
3. Driver is heavy and has low health. Speed rating is also low, but he is also a lvl4 driver. it takes time to improve. Is health important? You try running a marathon after being up for 24 hrs straight with no rest
4. design is set to next season: that means that you are not developing your car this season, so that will also not help you this season
5. Your designer is lvl3 and as such does not have the ability to get to 100%. I don't know exactly, but Iam guessing max capability is in the 80% range. If you can afford it, try to get a designer that is the the same lvl as you so that you have a chance of woring towards a 100% car
Keep in mind that this is just what I can see from a 2 minute glance at your team. I don't know how hard you are pushing and if you can attend races. IF you can't attend, I can tell you you have the absolute wrong tire supply

@jamie - I just looked at your driver. I would have NEVER hired them. Health is very low and weight is way too high.

How to add health to my driver? Must I train him?

After the race there are three things you can train; Driver 1, Driver 2, and Team. Drivers can be trained on Health and get +2% Health. You can also train the team on Health which gives the whole team including drivers +1% Health and Morale.

However, if you calculate that a driver loses 1% health every race, you can only train a maximum of +2% each race. With 17 races in a season that's 34% each season. Your driver is 46% so it's going to be nearly 2 seasons before he reaches a 'good' level.

You can use reward points to bring a driver up to 100% health immediately.

Look under account > reward

You get points every time you race, it takes 100points to revitalise a driver.

(If you've subscribed then you should have enough already)

the advise and explanation of other guys is spot on.... why not 100%, because even with a good designer you will only get your car to max 8 % for next season and pay a big price for that i did that and im struggling this season but thanks to spying i built it up but that is very expensive

One more thing. How to decide when to call my driver in pit? I can just decide which tyre use for the stint. If I want to call my driver in pit three laps later the normality. How can I do this?
Sorry for my stupidity: i'm new and not english.

There are consequences to spying. You will just find yourself in a similar situation next season

Your driver will only pit when they feel they don't have enough fuel to finish the next lap, or if you are out too long on a set of tires and the wear goes to 0% and a tire punctures. Not sure if I understand the other part.. you should be able to set fuel load and tire type in the set up screen for the next race and you should be able to adjust both during the race

Please don't look at my last race. I miss the strategy, and I decide to start with less fuel of what would be served.
