I think a higher Cooling stat should make your tyre temperatures cool down easier making it tougher to overheat your tyres. This would allow a manager with higher cooling to push harder than a manager with low cooling making the stat have a greater impact on the race than it does currently.

While Cooling is in dire need of more usefulness this suggestion wouldn't really fit into the area of Cooling apart of the name, but there's good old TE, which also isn't in a strong position amongst our car attributes, ready for it.

To accompany a stat keeping tyres cooler could be tyre suppliers with higher, especially, malus and bonus values, and/or adding suspension suppliers, to allow to row back a bit if the car looks like it's going to be like Mercedes in Monaco.

Maybe instead of this suggestion for both Cooling and reliability it makes your car better than everyone else’s late in the race. Less wear=Faster car.

Agree that all car attributes should be valuable and worth considering for upgrades. Even if some are more valuable than others. I rarely look beyond AC, BR, HA or DF
