What did you try to do?
Switched saved strategy from Soft compound to Super Soft

What happened instead?
Driver came out on Medium compound

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Win 10.

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
3D App.

Can the bug be reproduced?
I think I've done a bug report for this multiple times but this is the first time the 3D app has done anything like this.

Before I escalate this a couple of things:

1) Are you talking about changing the tyres during the race or are you talking about the cars not adhering to the pre-race strategy?
2) If it's during the race was weather a factor?
3) If it's the pre-race main strategy that was ignored, how long before qualifying lock down did you save the changes?

1) Yes. Saved strategy was SS-S-S-S, changed it to SS-S-M-SS during the race, both cars. It was the last run on SS one car fitted SS, the other for some reason fitted Medium, which wasn't even part of the original strategy. It's not the first time it's happened, typically it will happen at Singapore, either that and/or the fuel will be wrong so it's PL1 till the end and usually running out

2) no change in weather

3) 20mins at least.
