Lost 300 reputation points

Hello,

At the start of every month, every managers reputation is reduced as per the changelog regulations (I'll link it below).

The formula used to reset reputation is:

([R-5000]/2)+5000 where R is your reputation prior to the reset. 
If you're reputation is below 5000 at the end of the month, the formula doesn't apply and you will be reset to 5000 by default.
