What is the maximum # of reserve drivers and staff one can purchase? I'm assuming its max 2 reserve drivers and maybe max 3 reserve staff?

Currently AFAIK there is no limit, or at least if there is it is so high that it makes no difference.
The limit for an active account is effectively set by the wage bill every race. If you were to have 100 staff and drivers all earning £1m per race you'd need to be constantly converting tokens to game cash to prevent you going bankrupt.
However, this is not an issue for accounts that do not compete in races and a few managers have been using high level "holding accounts" to store many good staff so that they never become available to the rest of us.
The exploit that was used to initially find and employ these staff has now been closed so hopefully the practice will die out and players who use the game as intended will benefit.

What?! There needs to be a limit. On a lot of stuff even *sometimes* just from a backend performance standpoint. But also prevents abuse, other game play issues and bugs.

There will be a limit added. This is exactly what we're looking in to at the moment with improvements to the transfers system.

Ok nice. Also, I sent a help ticket about offering iGP 60 day trial of our RAID 10 NVMe dedicated-cloud servers.
My niche is performane optimization and thus why I enjoy F1 and this game as well as.
Awaiting follow up via the ticket. That's if there's any interest. It would be an honor to work with iGP. (Not that anything is slow, btw. But just in case it's becoming a challenge keeping things performant as things grow.)
