Race time voting

Seeing as this is World Racing League it would be a good idea to specify the time zone.

You're potentially going to have players all around the world voting for a race time based on their local time zone which is different to other managers voting in the same poll.

In any case, making it a poll open to the entire community risks it being manipulated by multiple account holders and people who have no intention of joining the league.

Ideally you should first get people to commit to your league and then ask the question to those selected managers.
