Serbia, Montenegro update

For all managers registered as being from "Serbia & Montenegro" we have now updated our database to recognise these as two separate nations, as it should have been from the start.

We recommend going in to your account settings and updating your nationality to the appropriate nation. A PM will be sent to all relevant managers notifying them of the change.
