Hi, I looked in to this and I can't see any offer redeemed recently. You last redeemed a HQ boost on this date: 2021-06-28 19:46:12. Your last In-app purchase was also on that date. Am I missing something?

I logged in to your account to check that everything was as it should be, and it looked correct.

Okay, this now sounds like an IAP failure of some sort, and it hasn't successfully redeemed for whatever reason. Network issues and many other factors that cause it. For example (I'm not saying this happened here) if you make a purchase using 4G networks while on a train and during the transaction the train goes through a tunnel, you can end up having the purchase register successfully with Apple (before entering the tunnel) but not come through on our end (in the tunnel), because we never receive the success message from Apple in order to issue the item. It's just one example of some of the many ways things can go awry with in-app purchases.

Could you please send a screenshot of your receipt to support@igpgames.com so we can register it in the system?
