Just wondering whether an iGP controlling app would be possible. Saves missing races when you cant manage to be at your PC and having to watch your drivers fall through the field on the timing screen. I think it would attract a lot of new people too :)

Have wanted to build it for 2+ years. Don't have the money to do it, having approached several agencies to take on the project.

I'm seriously considering having a go crowd-funding it in 2015, after the more important service stability updates. Is that something you'd be interested in supporting? It's unlikely to happen soon any other way, to be honest.

Im still a student and have nowhere near as much experience as u might have but I would like to help with the small things and learn in the process. Igp is something that interests me so it could be a good motivation for me to learn new stuff. :)

I know this is a slightly old post, but the creator of motorsport manager might be able to help develop an app for iGP as well. his name is christian west. an independent developer i believe

We spoke back before MM was released. Christian said he loved iGP and we both hinted at collaborating. I proposed meeting, but he never replied to that or the several attempts to contact him since. A developer of another GP Manager game shared a similar story; Christian was initially responsive to his emails but also gave him the silent treatment as things progressed.

Since then, all I know is from the outside, that Christian is making a fortune with no overheads.

Yep Christian's Game is very neat but lacks that hook, playing other REAL people.  Still, it's a very clean and crisp interface.  I guess he was just too busy on his own project to share?

I wondered what you meant by fortune so I checked the stats on xyo, the numbers say he has made roughly $645k since release in like 4 months. Thats insane!

You need to get iGP on the app stores and make it freemium imo. Im pretty sure that is way beyond what iGP is doing.
