I've only played iGP for around a month, and I think the game needs a few more features, to make you feel like an actual F1 manager.
As a simpler way to express these suggestions, I'm just going to put the points in bullet points.

[*]Courier Services, companies which you choose to export your material in which you pay for the shipment.
[*]Qualification. By this I mean a 10-15 minute qualifying session, where you fuel your driver for a lap and you control the tyre temperatures yourself by selecting the different modes, i.e. back off, push hard, e.t.c. (This mode can be selected by the league leader, or they could choose to do the classic qualifying.
[*]A mode for the league leader to make it so that, everyone starts the same amount of fuel or races with whatever fuel amounts they want for each stint.
[*]More depth in the design section. Not only having for example, 35% progress on front wing, but putting it into bigger detail. For example, a new front wing N-plate designed, adds 8% aerodynamic performance and decreases lap time by 0.2 tenths. This information could be accurate or inaccurate, depending on the skill level of the designer. (This is just a basic idea).
[*]Perhaps a Jerez testing session, during the off-season of the league. A one and a half our session, in which you don't have to be there, but you can test all sorts of things, such as the duration of tyres or the advantage of a lighter stint. In this session, you can choose how much fuel you want and what tyres you choose and when to goout on track. This data can then be analysed in detail after this session.
[*]A customized calendar, in where you can choose the order of the tracks. (Only for creator of the league).

These are some of my ideas for the game. I would like to see the Jerez testing session, as it will enable better strategy preparing for a race after the testing session. Let me know what you guys thinks, and give me some ideas too in which I can add to the bullet points above.
