Hello,is there anyone knows how to merge the rookie and pro tier to have more players in one...?

Hello,
It is not possible to merge tiers in iGP Manager, however, if you would like managers to be able to race together in the same tier, they can join a different league in order to be promoted/relegated and then rejoin your league in their new tier.
