Design progress after new season.

Hi guys,
A new season just started, and for some reason, all the design progress percentage of the components of my car have decreased about 30-40%.
Is this something that happens every season, or is there a problem with my account?
Please help me!

your design progress is based on your current design.  if during last season you focused heavily on this season design then that is why your design has slowed.

You can see the percentage of next season's parts in the Design page even before the season changes.

You can only build up the car to the maximum performance level of the designer.
If you built up next years car 30-40% past your maximum level it will be changed to match the limit.
