Question about staff

1)At what age will staff generated in the office and hospitality building will retire? Their starting age is significantly lower and will this change affect other staff (already generated, auto-generated in the market)
2)Will their contacts have the same homegrown reduction in their salary as drivers from the youth academy have?

3)The description changed but I assume the office and hospitality building still raises staff morale 

1) I think they will always retire at the same age (arround 75), I may be wrong its better to wait for confirmation from a staff member

2)yeah they start at 200k , and increase by 10% with each extension

If 1 and 2 are true staff generated in the office and hospitality building are a must buy
