There is to many leagues. Is there a way to make less league or atleast stop making new ones? The active drivers are spread to thin amounts the leagues.

What I would want is that only high level players can create leagues, so new players can join other leagues and make them all more active

This probably is 50% of the total problems of the game.

You all forget a big detail. There aren't so many leagues that race on specific times and days. Also there are some leagues who run 1 or 2 cars, others who race at 100, 75, 50 or 25% of length at 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0 speed. There are also many leagues who have the stupid 2 tyre rule.

Personally I had many troubles finding my first league.

If you race everyday and you have enough free time, you can easily state there are too many leagues.

I think that it implies their value, it is too small, and to be exact it is absolutely none, because it can be created by absolutely anyone, but on the other hand it is good, since there are many different leaguesAnd And you can pick up any to your liking, and time)) Is it good? My answer is 50/50, there are both disadvantages and pros, but personally I hold on to the fact that their value is zero, but maybe I am not right, who knows?‍♂️?

In honesty, there should be a filter in the find a league settings to find a league by race distance. It is so annoying clicking through so many leagues until you find one that is the race distance that you want to attend.

I agree, from a POV as a new manager who started in July. I would like to counter that with a suggestion. Why not actually have a Pro League, that is directly controlled by the DEV's?

I think that 3 options of game modes may allow for the best of both. We can have the quick race, the casual league races as we currently have. Then a 3rd one, where maybe we can sign up, be peered with managers that are similar in terms of maintaining fair competition. So LVL 20 managers cant race against LVL 10 managers, but they can with LVL 18 managers. I reckon that Sundays be "PRO League races" since it's most likely only those of us who are serious will give up their Sundays and maybe it also creates a ranking system that is like L.O.L, so iGP can build itself into an E-Sports of sorts.

I like this idea, having a fixed or home league and beeing able to combine this with an extra league where you can sign in, where you’re paired with same level managers. Would be a nice change of pace and an opportunity to meet managers beyond your home league.

This would only work though if there are sufficient same level managers signing in.

Don't call something stupid just because you don't like it, it's makes you look stupid. I was in a previous league that had a two tyre rule by consensus and it worked really well. Many managers were just picking softs no matter what it was getting terrible boring. The change meant that managers had to think outside the box and even if the same guys won at least it wasn't just one long procession to the end. It's called being creative my friend. Hope this helps.

Two tyre rule isn't stupid, otherwise F1 is stupid!

This is not an official F1 game and this is the reason why you'll never see that rule implemented. I almost never use the same tyre in my 100% length races but I really hate that someone wants to impose the strategy. I can understand that you want a rule about the number of pit stops but don't tell me what should I do otherwise I don't have fun in this game.

Maybe have it a spec series, all equal hardware, or maybe scaled. Then another option is to have it that the full race time length is what you get rated upon and hence reward. Another thing could be to have a participation fee, where we put tokens and Cash in a pool, which if trickle-down economics is even a thing. It would maybe encourage managers to be more active in their current leagues where the greater the cash earned from that league would influence the placement or bracket you are placed in, which could, furthermore also influence the level of rewards you can compete for.

FYI, I am legit making this up as I type so these are very incomplete ideas...

I agree with this except that you can create a private league at any level so you can do a league just with real life friends if you want

Yes this it true. There is far to many leagues. Why is there 3 and 4 leagues half filled all running at the same time. Just join them together. There should be 1 league running every hour. You could have the 100% league start at the top of the hour. 75% start 15min past. 50% half past. And 25% quarter 2.
