Rules:
1.The competition takes place in two stages: Qualification and Battles
2.Qualification: all managers pass 3 races in the same league. The qualification determines who will compete with whom in Battles.

4.The place in the qualification is determined by the sum of the positions for 3 races: the lower the amount, the higher the place. 6.Battles: a separate league is created for each pair, where participants pass 3 races. The one who wins more races from the opponent (2 or 3) becomes the winner of the duel. Race time 19.30 UTC, distance 25%
7.After the duel, the winner and the loser receive new opponents in the main draw or in the consolation round in accordance with the competition protocol and move to new leagues.
8.The races are held from Monday to Friday.
9.Accounts only 1-2 level (at the moment of the first race) can take part. Manager can’t change account during the season.
10.During the entire season, the Chief Designer and Technical Director must be only level 1. There are no restrictions on the doctor.
11.Driver must have only 1 or 2 talent. Managers can improve their drivers.
12.Managers can improve their headquarters.
13.Managers can’t improve their cars.
14.If the weather is dry, managers must use 2 different types of tyres in the race. If it rains, there are no restrictions.
15.Each manager has the right to set up no more than 1 account. If there are less than 16 participants in the league the day before the start of the competition, managers will be given the opportunity to use 2 accounts. For violation - disqualification of all manager accounts.
16.Penalties for violations of the rules are assigned by the host and can be different (stop-and-go, second penalties for the race, the use of certain sets of tyres on a certain track, etc.)
