I tried to search in forums but could not find. Like when we click on driver stats we know with every stats what he is improving in. Wanted to know how staff talent, experience and morale affects driver or car.
I am aware the combined star of CD and TD helps in growth of car after every race. But what exactly does talent of staff affect and other stats affect.... or there nothing to do with those stats.... just go with 5 stars

Hello,
The main thing that affects a staff members performance is their star level. As you alluded to, the more stars a staff member has, the more effective they will be and the more benefits they will have for your team.
There is some managers who say that a staff member's morale also impacts the age they are likely to retire - the higher the morale, the longer they are likely to stay before retirement.

thanks... but how does other 2 stats of staff help and in what area.... or they serve no purpose?

Hello,
Morale is the only staff stat which seems to have any effect on their performance.
The other two areas of staff are seemingly redundant and serve no benefit to them.
