Is there a way to see what skill ratings a driver in the academy has before hiring the driver?

Technically, the driver doesn't actually exist until either he's kicked out of the YDA to the driver market, or hired onto your team.

That said, it'd be really nice to be able to train drivers in the elements you want prior to their signing/release; at least, that would be great while it is so bluntly useless to train drivers in mental/technical skill. It wouldn't be such an issue if the driver skill ratings were more uniformly important.
