Hello, I want to ask, why do I experience lag every time I play in a busy league, at 20.00 GMT+7

While I was playing in a quiet league at 01.00 GMT+7 at that time I didn't experience any problems

I want to ask, is it my network problem, my cellphone, or the IGP server?

Hello there,

I am sorry to hear that, it also happened to my brother. It is very off-putting indeed.

I would like to ask what kind of lag are you experiencing ? Is it higher latency than usual (slow response time between you and the servers) or is it another type of issue ?

I would suggest that you take a look at your network as it seems to me that it is the culprit here because you say that you don't have any issue when playing in a quiet league.

I'd like you to try this. My brother did this and it lessened the issue for him :

First you have to empty your game's cache. You can do it ingame or you can watch a youtube tutorial on how to empty an app's cache.

Secondly, I'd suggest that you change your DNS servers for better wifi connexion. It works on both Android and iOS or any OS and any phone. Although the procedures are different.
---> ANDROID : To change your DNS server, head to Settings > Wi-Fi, long-press the network you’re connected to, and tap “Modify Network”.
To change DNS settings, tap the “IP settings” box and change it to “Static” instead of the default DHCP. Depending on your device, you may need to check an “Advanced” box to see this setting.
Leave the IP server setting here alone, as this is automatically acquired from the DHCP server. Enter "1.1.1.1" in the “DNS 1” and "1.0.0.1" in the “DNS 2” settings and then save your settings.
This should significantly improve you wifi speeds.

---> iPhone : To change your DNS server on an iPhone or iPad, head to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the “i” button to the right of the Wi-Fi network you want to configure. Scroll down and tap the “Configure DNS” option under DNS.
Tap “Manual” and remove any DNS server addresses you don’t want to use from the list by tapping the red minus sign. Tap the green plus sign and type any DNS server addresses you want to use. You can enter both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in this list. Tap “Save” when you’re done. REMEMBER THE DNS ADRESSES ARE 1.1.1.1 FOR THE PRIMARY AND 1.0.0.1 FOR THE SECONDARY.

Voilà, I hope this helps you.

If you need further helps I advise you to contact the devs or you can reply back to me.
