In leagues that run shorter races, is the tyre wear increased to stop everyone just 1 or 2 stopping?

Hello,

Tyre wear rates are scaled to the length of the races. 
For example, 50% races are usually 1 or 2 stops, and 100% races can be 3-5 stops depending on the track.

Would this mean that a tyre of the same compound would last roughly twice as long in a 100% race than a 50% race?

Hello,
Yes, however, 100% races naturally have different strategies to 50% races, so it's not all the same strategies in every league.
